Conferences & Initiatives

NAREA supports the concept of ongoing, permanent professional development for educators. To develop such an attitude, each of us welcomes the knowledge-building process that is a part of life and requires continual layering of experience, reflection, debate, confusion, awareness, cognition, emotion, action, urgency, and patience. It is the aim of NAREA, therefore, to develop, enact, and collaborate with others in presenting ongoing opportunities for our members’ continued learning. This section is continuously updated with professional development announcements related to the ongoing interpretation and exchange with the philosophies and experiences of Reggio Emilia.
